Our rentals are inclusive of a trained crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and a selection of basic drinks and snacks. Each rental package has its own perks — the evening yacht tours come with upscale drinks and light bites, while business rentals include amenities for meetings and special corporate catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking your yacht 2–3 weeks prior is advised, particularly through high seasons (May–September). For business occurrences and personal festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand allows for greater selection and the opportunity to tailor the experience.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our greatest concern. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are hazardous, alternatives such as rescheduling for a new date or providing a full reimbursement will be given. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior if the forecast seems uncertain.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Of course, feel free to bring along your choice of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. We also have exceptional catering services and can personalize your dining experience to your liking. Remember, for safety reasons, glass vessels are not allowed on board.

Could you outline your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with over 72 hours before the set sail time are fully refunded. Those made within the 24–72 hour window are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable, barring conditions of adverse weather or mechanical issues initiated by us.
